Fill out the short form

Confirm you're affiliated with your organization and that it's eligible for Asana for Nonprofits. This step should take no more than 1—2 minutes.

Check your email

We work with Percent to verify your eligibility. Look for an email from one of Asana's team members, or the Percent team. If you're eligible, it includes your discount code, along with instructions to apply it to your Asana plan.

Purchase your plan

Create your Asana account, and get 50% off any plan of your choice. Choose a Premium or Business plan. Or contact our team if you're interested in Enterprise.

Who is eligible?
Nonprofits, academic institutions, and libraries
Our nonprofit plan is available to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and public libraries with valid nonprofit status. Our program is also available to organizations with equivalent international designations.

Organization types
Asana's Nonprofit program was created to support the impact of nonprofit organizations.

At this time the following organizations are not eligible for the discount program:
  • Religious organizations that exist to solely propagate a belief in a specific faith or do not provide services to people outside of a specific faith.
  • Hospitals, hospital auxiliaries, nurses registers
  • Business and professional organizations
  • Mutual organizations
  • Fraternal beneficiary societies, orders, or associations; providers of other services or benefits to members or employees
  • Sports, athletic, recreational, and social activities, except for community centers and community recreational facilities
  • Legislative and political activity organizations
  • Endowment funds or financial services
  • Government instrumentalities or agencies
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to participate in the nonprofit discount program
How long does the discount last?
It lasts forever unless you choose to leave Asana.
Do we provide onboarding support?
Yes we do. You can sign up for a session with Asana Advisors, pro-bono consultations with an Asana expert available exclusively for members of the Asana for Nonprofits program.
